Travel Rates
We include travel within 100km of post code 3046 at no extra charge. For weddings beyond this radius, the following flat travel fees apply:
- 100-150km: $200
- 150-200km: $400
- 200-250km: $500
- 250km+: Custom travel quote
This ensures all travel logistics, including our professional team’s travel costs, are seamlessly managed so you can focus on your special day.

Receive a Quote and Contract
We’ll send you a detailed quote and contract for our services. Review and accept them to move forward.
Secure Your Date
Once the contract is accepted, you’ll receive an invoice for a 30% booking fee. Paying this fee will officially lock in your wedding date with us.
Please note that we book out pretty far in advance, so it’s best to get in touch with us sooner rather than later to avoid any disappointment.
